Google2023-09-13“I had concerns about a recent boiler installation at my parents house. The boiler was leaking 5 days after installation. I called Wrose Elite Plumbing on 11.7.23 and Jonathan attended on 12.7.23 with another plumber, Josh (PHGE UK Ltd). Both were shocked by the very poor installation and had to recommend replacement of boiler and gas pipe work. The previous installer was noted by Jonathan and Joshua to have made a catalogue of faults. For example no pipe work to PRV, no Benchmark commissioning and incorrect pipe size for gas pipes.
Both agreed to attend on 14.7.23 and cleared their work schedule. They attended as promised and remained until the work was completed. It has been completed to a very high standard.
Jonathan, Joshua and Jordan were courteous, professional and worked extremely hard. I was very concerned about my elderly parents having a dodgy boiler installation.
I am so grateful to you (Jonathan, Josh) for seeing the danger and being so willing to rectify the problem caused by the previous installer. I almost forgot that there are still good people out there. Needless to say the original company has been reported to gas safe.
I am very pleased with their work.

I encountered WEP after the supplier City Plumbing provided their name to me. Initially, I queried Jonathan’s estimate based on the research I had undertaken online, which I now believe was totally bewildering.
To Jonathan’s credit he took the time to respond back and forth in detail, outlining his experiences and credentials, that he is a qualified plumber by trade, his motive for starting up his own bathroom fitting business is owed to been called out to rectify the poor workmanship of incompetent fitters, he also wished me the best with my project. At that point, from a customer service angle, his motives, experiences, credentials; I knew WEP were the right bathroom fitter for me, and we could work together as we shared the same values.
During the refit, WEP answered a multitude of questions regarding not only the work they had to undertake, also, about DIY, to the extent I am now far more knowledgeable about the processes of a bathroom refit.
If there were any potential problems, WEP advised the best course of action to take, any concerns I had at any stage of the process they quickly reassured me to provide a peace of mind. Furthermore, WEP will not cut corners or compromise on quality.
I am particularly impressed with the method WEP used to connect the basin waste pipe to the main waste, built a compartment to conceal the waste pipe running through the inside of the vanity unit, fitted the bath panel within such a narrow gap between the basin vanity unit and the bath, etc. Also, at short notice WEP sourced a White bath panel to replace the Graphite Grey panel which I ordered in error.
WEP’s attention to detail is exemplary - use a upvc tile trim (matching the colour of the tiles) on the corner of the protruding wall which they skillfully rebuilt, replace window wood architrave with White upvc, etc. The complete finish of the bathroom is truly immaculate and brilliantly colour coordinated, something which I had doubts over midway, but WEP reassured me that it will be fine.
WEP will also undertake reactive work (repairs to plumbing) if required after the 12 months warranty has expired, which provides a peace of mind to the customer because in my experience not every plumber has the skillset of a bathroom fitter, therefore unable to disassemble/reassemble components of a bathroom appropriately to gain access to an inaccessible leak underneath the floorboard, also requesting the customer to create an access before attending to a leak. Therefore, this service ensures that the customer can solely rely on WEP to undertake any essential works without any concerns that it will be proficiently accomplished.
